Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, I guarantee your resume will be enhanced in both appearance and content, that it will more effectively represent your professional experience, education, and skills better than when we started. After reworking your resume, you’ll be ready to present it at a moment's notice, confident that it reflects a more polished version of yourself. While I can't guarantee job interviews or offers, I can assure you that you'll be better positioned and prepared for any opportunity (or unplanned event) that comes your way.

What if my resume needs some serious work?

That's what I'm here for; to take the headache and hassle out of writing and formatting your own resume. Many people struggle with this task because it can be difficult to write about yourself. As an objective, skilled marketing expert, I specialize in reworking resumes and have developed a proven approach that delivers results.

In the rare case that your resume requires a complete rewrite or extensive revisions, I’ll assess the project and provide a customized quote, however, our Standard Package covers the vast majority of resumes in almost any condition. 

 

Where can I see some samples of your work? 
This is a good and fair question, but I don't post or send out resume samples for several reasons:

​

1. The privacy of my clients is a top priority. I ensure their resumes are never shared with anyone, not even in redacted form.
    

2. I don't provide samples or mockups, as my approach is my proprietary and exclusive design, customized for each client.
    

3. My resume redesign process is akin to a home renovation or car restoration show, where the transformation builds up to an exciting final reveal. While you’ll have input along the way, I encourage you to trust the process and allow me to work my expertise. I look forward to delivering a standout result.

How much work is required from me?

Unlike some other resume services, I'm not giving you "a template" and instructing you on how to "improve it yourself". Instead, I take the reins and transform your resume for you, delivering a polished result, and providing clear instructions for maintaining the layout going forward. I will ask you questions and require your input and review, but my goal is to deliver an exceptional resume back to you with minimal effort from you.

How do I get started?

1. Order Your Resume Rework: Click the orange button to place your order and pay securely via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or other payment methods.

2. Submit Your Information: After payment, you'll receive an email with a link to upload your resume, contact details, and a brief overview of your resume situation.

3. Schedule Your Kickoff Call: Once I receive your materials, you’ll get a second email to schedule a 30-45 minute Project Kickoff Call. During this call, we'll discuss your work history, goals, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Rework and Enhance Your Resume: I’ll then reformat, edit, rewrite, and expand your resume to better tell your professional story, elevate your personal brand, and increase your marketability.
    

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the results?

No, payments are non-refundable once the work has been done.

I take great pride in my work and have a strong track record of client satisfaction. My goal is to ensure that every client is not just pleased, but truly delighted with the outcome of their project. 

 

Having said that, if you decide to cancel before our Project Kick-off Call and work has begun, I will issue a full refund. Similarly, if unforeseen circumstances occur on my end—such as illness, injury, or other emergencies— that prevent me from completing your resume rework on time, I will provide a full refund.
