While I can't promise job interviews or offers, I can assure you that you'll be better positioned and prepared for any opportunity (or unexpected event) that comes your way.

What is the Giving Back Level, and who is it for?

The Giving Back Level is our way of supporting professionals who need resume help but are facing financial hardship, career disruption, or a tough transition. Whether you’ve been laid off, are returning to work after time away, or simply can’t afford full-price services right now — this option is here for you.

 

We don’t ask for documentation or proof — just honesty. We’ll have a brief conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and what you can reasonably afford. From there, we’ll agree on a fair, reduced price that works for both of us. Availability for this service is limited, and spots are offered on a rolling basis.

​Are your resumes ATS-friendly?

Yes, I utilize a comprehensive range of advanced ATS (AI-based Applicant Tracking System) formatting techniques and industry best practices to optimize your resume, boosting compatibility with ATS algorithms to improve your chances of passing through initial automated screenings.

 

Equally important, I craft resumes with a design that appeals to human eyes and brains. My formatting techniques prioritize readability, content flow, consistent styling, and precise punctuation. This attention to detail, coupled with an understanding of the neuroscience behind human reading preferences, ensures your resume captures attention at first glance with a clean, crisp layout. Your target audience will find your resume not only visually appealing but also easy to navigate, scan, and read—leading to stronger reader comprehension and a more positive professional impression.     

 

Where can I see some samples of your work? 
This is a valid and understandable question, but I don't share resume samples for several reasons:

1. The privacy of my clients is a top priority. I don't share their resumes with anyone, not even in redacted form.
    

2. I don't provide samples or mockups, as my approach is my proprietary and exclusive design, customized for each client.
    

3. My resume redesign process is like a carefully crafted makeover, culminating in a transformative reveal. While your input will be valued throughout, I encourage you to trust the process and allow me to work my expertise. I’m excited to deliver a standout result that will truly make a positive impact.

How much effort is required from me?

Unlike the many DIY resume services, I don’t provide you with a template, a few pointers, and leave you to figure it out your own. Instead, I take charge with a hands-on approach, fully transforming your resume into a clean, classic, polished, ATS-friendly and human-friendly document. You’ll receive the final version in both a PDF and a Word file, along with an informal training on how to maintain the layout moving forward. While your input and review are important to the process, my goal is to deliver an outstanding resume with minimal effort required on your part.

Do you offer rush turnaround? What are the rush fees?

Yes — we offer 24-hour rush turnaround for most service levels, depending on scheduling availability. Rush fees vary based on the level of service, reflecting the time and intensity required to deliver a high-quality resume on an accelerated timeline:

• C-Level Rework: +$100

• Executive Level Rework: +$75

• Professional Level Rework: +$50

• Junior Level Rework: +$25

Please contact us in advance to confirm if a rush slot is available. If we can accommodate your request, we’ll send the payment link and prioritize your project and turn around a polished, ready-to-use resume within 24-hours of your scheduled start time.

How does your process work and how do I get started?

1. Simply select the level you are at in your career: 
   Click the page that best corresponds to where you are, go to our cart, securely order your resume rework via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or other options. If you have a promo or referral code, apply it at checkout.​

2. Send Your Resume: 
   After ordering, you’ll receive an email asking for your current resume and a summary of your goals or concerns.​

3. Schedule Your Kickoff Call: 
   Once I review your resume, I’ll reach out to schedule a 30-minute kickoff call. We’ll discuss your work history, career goals, and any gaps that need addressing.​

4. Resume Rework Begins: 
   I’ll reformat, edit, and refine your resume to strengthen your personal brand and enhance your marketability.​

5. Review and Collaboration: 
   When the draft is ready, we’ll schedule a 30-minute review call. I’ll walk you through the key edits, explain the reasoning behind them, and gather input for any adjustments.​

6. Final Delivery: 
   Once finalized, you’ll receive both a PDF and editable Word version of your resume. I’ll guide you through maintaining the layout so you can make future updates with ease.​

7. Follow-up Support: 
   Need help making edits later on? I’m here to support you in keeping your resume polished, at no extra charge.

What if I need to make edits but messed up the layout?

No worries—just reach out to me via email or text. I offer follow-up support at no extra charge. Resumes are living documents, and I’m happy to review your updates, fix any formatting issues, and help fine-tune what to add or remove to keep things on point. It’s also a great chance to pick up advanced Word formatting tips—skills you can carry forward to polish other professional documents and strengthen your toolkit as your career evolves.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the results?

Payments are non-refundable once the work has been done. I take great pride in my craft and have a 100% track record of client satisfaction. My goal is to ensure that every client is not just pleased, but truly delighted with the outcome of their resume project and I will collaborate with you to get your resume in a place you're very happy with.

 

Having said that, if you decide to cancel before our Project Kick-off Call and work has begun, I will issue a full refund. Similarly, if unforeseen circumstances occur on my end—such as illness, injury, or other emergencies— that prevent me from completing your resume rework in a timely manner, I will provide a full refund.
